Yoga and Mindfulness have been medicine for me. I am a wife, a mother of 3, a middle school teacher and a yoga and mindfulness teacher. It is my goal to connect with those who, like me, have found it difficult to find time in their busy lives and who may feel as though they have lost who they are. Through yoga and mindfulness, I will help you to find yourself again and realize how important it is to take care of yourself so that you can be better for those around you. As a person who has suffered from anxiety most of her life, I know what stress, overwhelm, and burn out feels like. Let me help you to find balance and to start a path to a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Joy Yoga Studio is meant to be a place that feels like a retreat. We offer small class sizes so that everyone feels comfortable and relaxed. We are not fancy, but do hope to give you an experience that leaves you feeling like you have found a place of true relaxation that can be a retreat from the busyness of your days.

Betty Marie Sullivan

Meet Betty Marie! She is one of our amazing teachers. Betty is a 200 hr YTT certified yoga teacher and is working toward her 300 hr certification as well. She brings a variety of knowledge and experience with her to Joy Yoga!
