Welcome to Joy Yoga Studio
Joy Yoga is a small and cozy studio nestled in the heart of Williamsville, just behind the beautiful Glen Park waterfall and next to the historic Sweet Jenny’s building. Our peaceful location reflects our philosophy: yoga is meant to be healing.
At Joy Yoga, we offer classes designed for yogis of all levels, especially those who may feel intimidated to try yoga or who are returning to their practice after some time away. Our approach is gentle, supportive, and focused not on intense workouts, but on creating space to relax, stretch, and breathe.
We understand how busy life can be, and we believe that when you take time for yourself, it should be an experience that leaves you feeling renewed and refreshed. That’s why our classes weave together breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation, helping you connect with your mind, body, and spirit in a meaningful way.
Whether you are brand new to yoga or simply seeking a calming place to recharge, Joy Yoga Studio invites you to step inside, let go of the day, and discover the peace that comes from within.
We offer a variety of classes from Gentle Joy Yoga that features elements of Qi Gong, to Slow Flow Vinyasa classes, workshops and more.

Online Classes and In Person Classes
Visit my calendar above to register for any of my online and in person classes. Classes are specialized and change from week to week. The classes range from Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, chair yoga and mindful meditation. All classes are geared toward relaxation and meditation and are for people looking for more of a relaxation class rather than an intense yoga workout. Please feel free to reach out with questions or class requests.

Professional Development
I have worked with many local school districts to bring yoga and mindfulness to teachers. Teachers can use what they have learned for their own self care or can take it back to the students in their classroom. I have presented on topics such as mindfulness in the classroom at the NYS Reading conference and am a founding member of the Niagara University Center for Mindful Practice where we run workshops on Mindfulness Practices for Educators. I would love to share my knowledge with your staff or students on topics ranging from mindfulness in the classroom to yoga.

Group Classes and Workshops
Looking to do some yoga with friends? Need some yoga for a business retreat or other gathering? Group classes and workshops can be done online or in person. Get friends together for a virtual yoga happy hour, or treat your office to some relaxation. Looking for a unique birthday party idea? I have worked with many groups to facilitate Girl Scout Fitness Badge classes, after school youth classes, fundraiser yoga classes, yoga in your backyard events, yoga and wine classes and so much more! Have an idea for a unique class? Yoga classes are fun for all ages! The options are endless!
